This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center and within walking distance from the lively pubs and eateries. Secondly, the staff were friendly and efficient, even organizing early check-in for us. Lastly, the rooms were clean and spacious, with a large comfortable bed and a fabulous shower.

All was great, no improvements necessary.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is the perfect base for exploring all that the area has to offer. Just a short walk away, you'll find the art gallery and beautiful castle, making it an ideal choice for art enthusiasts and history buffs. The surrounding area is vibrant and bustling, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions to keep the whole family entertained. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment for a good night's sleep. The friendly staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, offering excellent service and assistance whenever needed.

The hotel lacks some essential amenities that would enhance the overall experience.

This hotel is amazingly located in the heart of the city, right on Rose Street. It's within walking distance from all the pubs and attractions, making it so convenient for exploring. The rooms are clean and basic, but with lovely crisp white bed linen that adds a touch of comfort. The staff are friendly and the service is great, making for an overall enjoyable stay.

No major issues, everything was ok.

Great staff, comfortable bed, good facilities, and convenient location at the heart of the city. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly, which made for a pleasant stay. The location was very convenient for my business trip, close to restaurants and shops. The room had all the necessary amenities, such as a kettle and cups, allowing me to relax after a long day of work.

The noise from outside was very loud and disrupted my sleep. The walls seemed thin and I could hear other guests in their rooms.

    Great Value and Central Location

Spent New Year's Eve at this hotel and it was perfect for what we needed. The room was clean and spacious, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location was unbeatable. We were able to easily walk to all the attractions and festivities that Edinburgh had to offer. Plus, there were plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby to choose from. On top of all this, the price was excellent for such a central location.

The room was quite warm, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. there were limited amenities in the room, such as no hairdryer and only a small bar of soap in the bathroom.
